- The use of swimming pools, sauna and SPA area by children without adult supervision and by persons under the influence of alcohol is prohibited.
- Staying with animals is prohibited.

1. The swimming pool, saunas and SPA area are not our private property. It belongs to the entire complex. Please follow the facility's regulations.
2. Closed and monitored paid parking is available on site. The fee must be paid at the parking meter on site.

Minimalist apartment with an area of 60 m2 consists of a living room, a master bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a make-up area, a bedroom with a bunk bed in a size 120x200 cm and 90x200 cm, kitchen and bathroom with shower (rain shower, handset, water jets).
Guests of the apartment can use the swimming pool, dry and wet sauna, salt and ice caves, a small gym for free and, for a fee, a closed, large gym and a luxurious SPA zone.
