1. Parties, events and grand receptions are prohibited.
2. No smoking (cigarette smoke detectors are installed in the facility)
3. Curfew is valid from 22:00 to 06:00
4. No overnight stays for unregistered persons. If you would like to accommodate an additional guest, please let us know and pay a small extra fee.
5. The entrance to the apartments is monitored for security reasons.
6. In the event of losing the parking gate remote control, the guest will be charged PLN 100.
7. We charge a deposit in case of damage. Refundable within 3 days of the end of the booking.

1. Pets welcome. Up to 2 pets welcome.
2. One free parking space available in the closed parking lot next to the building.
3. Please report any damage so that we can repair it before the next guests arrive.
4. A maximum of 2 bicycles can be stored in the building's utility room.

Loft Amalia is an 85 m² apartment situated in a carefully restored 19th-century building. Its most remarkable feature is the bedroom in the historic fire tower dating from 1892, which lends the interior a unique character and atmosphere.
The space has been designed with comfort and aesthetics in mind. Large windows with French balconies let in natural light from three directions, creating a bright and elegant interior.
