Statute:
1. Parties, events and grand receptions are prohibited.
2. No smoking (cigarette smoke detectors are installed in the facility)
3. Curfew is valid from 22:00 to 06:00
4. No overnight stays for unregistered persons. If you would like to accommodate an additional guest, please let us know and pay a small extra fee.
5. The entrance to the apartments is monitored for security reasons.
6. In the event of losing the parking gate remote control, the guest will be charged PLN 100.
7. We charge a deposit in case of damage. Refundable within 3 days of the end of the booking.
Other:
1. Pets welcome. Up to 2 pets stay
2. One free parking space available in the closed parking lot next to the building.
3. Please report any damage so that we can repair it before the next guests arrive.
4. A maximum of 2 bicycles can be stored in the building's utility room.

Urban Nest is a unique, two-storey apartment designed with comfort and style in mind. The modern, minimalist interior combines functionality with a cosy atmosphere, creating the perfect space for both short stays and longer holidays.
The apartment, with an area of over 55 m², is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. On the lower level, there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The upper level features a comfortable bedroom with a large bed (160x200), a bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a workspace.
The interior is fitted with designer kitchen appliances, air conditioning on both levels, and high-quality mattresses that guarantee a comfortable night’s sleep even on the warmest nights.
